Miss Stephens, who trained at PETA’s Business Training Centre in Arundel, said: ‘My apprenticeship has brought about a lot of personal growth and development. It has made me have a sense of self-worth that I had never previously had, making me realise I have a lot to offer.

‘I believe others could look at my apprenticeship and realise that apprenticeships are a real opportunity to develop and grow as an individual. It gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the working world while still having the support of a training organisation to help you along the way.’

‘My ambitions have blossomed so much, I would like to develop into a managing director.’
