Homebuyers get £7k off price

HOMEBUYERS in Hampshire have saved, on average, £7,000 on the original asking price, according to the latest data from EstateAgent4Me.co.uk

EstateAgent4Me.co.uk looked at the top six performing agents in Hampshire and compared their asking prices with the final sale price – and found that on average they achieved 97.7 per cent of the asking price.

Against the backdrop of average house prices of £298,000 in Hampshire this means that homebuyers, on average, saved £7,000 by negotiating.
