Internet of things at event

BUSINESS people wanting to stay ahead of technological advances are invited to an event discussing the internet of things '“ the networking of objects and devices to allow the exchange of data.

The internet of things is part of a so-called fourth industrial revolution. A presentation, by experts in artificial intelligence at University of Portsmouth, is being held at Arqiva, a telecommunications firm in Winchester.

Those attending will be given a tour of the facilities at Arqiva, hear more about how the latest digital technologies could help businesses innovate and be able to talk to experts and other business people about ideas for finding ways to use new advances.
