MP meets apprentices at aerospace company
AN MP visited an aerospace company and met apprentices.
Portsmouth South MP Flick Drummond went to Airbus Defence and Space, in Anchorage Road.
She said: ‘These are the sort of opportunities that will make a big difference to young people by giving them on-the-job training, skills and experience, and it means the UK will have the future skills to compete in areas such as satellite design and manufacture. It’s super that an employer of international standing is in Portsmouth and investing in future generations.’
