Online tweaking leads to profitable web surfing

Specialist consultancy firm, Reality HR is topping search engine pages, after bringing marketing company, LCM on-board to focus on its SEO (search engine optimisation); driving web traffic and more than trebling the number of new business enquiries it receives.

LCM in Portsmouth started working with Reality HR two years ago, helping the company to define its growth strategy. During 2016, the LCM team started optimising the content of Reality HR’s website to generate a stronger flow of high-quality traffic. Before LCM’s input, received 15 web enquiries for the year, and few were of good quality.

The i newsletter cut through the noise

Following LCM’s research and on-site and off-site optimisation across the web, enquiry rates have more than trebled. The team are currently averaging one enquiry per week, with a 50 per cent client conversion rate.

Reality HR managing director Laura Davis said: ‘We’ve seen our web presence strongly increase. We now find ourselves on the first page of Google for search terms that are very relevant for our business.’
