The Welcome Denvilles store in Snowberry Crescent, Havant, is having a mini-goods crisis, with bread and milk in short supply.

Abbie Lippiatt, 23, deputy manager at the store, said: ‘People are panic-buying.

‘The whole nation goes into panic mode.

‘We have had to compensate by baking our own bread here – I’ve baked over 200 loaves today!’

There has also been no milk delivered at the store.
