Plans unveiled to turn former Portsmouth bank into a Sprinkles Gelato Dessert Parlour
A former bank in Portsmouth could become an ice cream parlour.
The proposal for a Sprinkles Gelato Dessert Parlour on High Street, Cosham, was put forward to Portsmouth City Council by Mr Ahmed.
The franchise already has a store in Portsmouth and two in Southampton. The store sells a variety of waffles, crepes, sundaes, cookie doughs, shakes and ice cream floats.
The council planning team has since asked the developers to submit further documents before the plans can be validated.
