Superdrug opens in Whiteley Shopping Centre creating 25 jobs

The health and beauty retailer has been announced as the latest company to sign up for a store at Whiteley Shopping Centre.

It will be taking a 4,300sq ft unit between Tiger and JD. The new store will open on July 1 and will create 25 new jobs.

As well as the best big beauty and health brands, Superdrug Whiteley will also host ranges of exclusive products.

The announcement of the new signing follows the successful opening of Whiteley’s leisure extension in November incorporating a nine-screen Cineworld multiplex and six new restaurants.

Centre manager Neil Carter said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Superdrug to Whiteley.

‘They not only add to our great retail line-up, but also bring new beauty treatments to the centre which will be very popular.

‘I am particularly pleased with the timing of the announcement being so close to the day we opened just three years ago.’
