Myddelton & Major Partner Simon Lee said: ‘New tenant John Simkins is an established tattoo artist who established his own studio in 2013.

‘He was looking to relocate his team of Roxie Kirkby, Keith Samways and Nessa Roberts to new premises and we were happy to help.

‘I am sure the new business will fit in very well alongside established traders.’

AJ Studio is a fully insured, small outfit covering all aspects of tattooing, including freehand designs, cover-ups, portraits, realism, script and reworks.
