University heads east for graduation
University of Portsmouth students from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan have graduated at a ceremony in Hong Kong.
Family and friends of 47 graduates, pictured, attended the event at the Langham Hotel, after many were unable to make the trip back to Portsmouth to graduate in the summer. The university’s pro vice-chancellor for global engagement Chris Chang presided over the event in his first graduation ceremony since being appointed.
The event was organised by the university’s regional office in China.
