Care firm running Portsmouth treatment centre up for award

Care UK Healthcare, which manages St Mary’s Treatment Centre in Milton, Portsmouth, is a finalist in the Health Investor Awards.

The organisation is one of four finalists in its category, recognising its standards of care provided in the nine treatment centres it has across England.

St Mary’s Treatment Centre hospital director Penny Daniels welcomed the news.

She said: ‘We are pleased to have contributed to Care UK Healthcare reaching the final of these awards, based on the innovations which allow us to deliver the highest standards of caree.

‘Our teams are committed to delivering first class care to patients from the moment they book an appointment, through treatment and into recovery and follow-up appointments.

‘I think it is this level of dedication, replicated by colleagues across the country, that has led to our shortlisting for this prestigious award.’

The Health Investor Awards will be in London on June 13.
