Traffic delays heading north on A3 from Waterlooville
MOTORISTS are facing up to half an hour delays heading north on the A3 between Waterlooville and Buriton.
A breakdown near the Buriton exit is causing disruption with one lane currently blocked resulting in a build up of traffic.
The incident, south of Petersfield, happened just before 8am.
