The technology giant is expected to announce upgrades to its laptop and tablet ranges after revealing three new iPhones earlier this year. 

As well as the iPhone Xs and Xr Apple also announced new series 4 Apple Watches.

Will new iPad and MacBook be announced?

Yes according to reports new MacBook Air and iPad Pro products will be announced. 

What will be announced? 

Apple will reportedly be revealing a cheaper model of its MacBook Air laptop - the more affordable alternative to the MacBook Pro. 

As well as the slimmer price tag '“ although don't expect bargain bucket prices '“ it is also believed to feature USB-C, an upgraded display and faster processors. 

New iPad Pros - with edge to edge screens and sizes of 11 inch and 12.9 inch - as well as facial recognition software '“ are also expected to be unveiled.

While new versions of the Mac mini are also expected to be announced today. 

What time does it start? 

The event in New York will begin at 2pm UK time '“ which is 10am New York time in America.
