Attempted burglary as men shout at girl in house

TWO men shouted at a girl to open her front door in a suspected attempted burglary.

PCSO Rob Earl said the girl’s mother reported that two men approached the home in Havant Road, Horndean, between 5pm and 6pm on Monday.

He said: ‘The males subsequently fled from the area. The homeowner believed this to be an attempt burglary.’

The men had an eastern European accent, were wearing high-vis vest tops and football shorts. Both were about 5ft 9in tall in their mid-20s. Witnesses should call 101 quoting 44160268169.
