Costly bill for assault

Michael Kongola, 27, of Crabbe Court, Southsea, was found guilty of assault by beating on January 17 in Lime Grove, Paulsgrove.

City magistrates imposed a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work. He must pay costs £705 in total.
