Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities. She must pay an £85 victim surcharge.

n Charlie Easen, 23, of Middle Park Way, Leigh Park, admitted criminal damage, stealing Christmas lights, and breaching a restraining order.

He committed all of the offences on Christmas Eve.

He also admitted breaching a community order for harassment.

In all magistrates imposed an eight-week prison sentence suspended for a year.

He must complete 25 days of rehabilitation activities and pay a £115 victim surcharge.

n Geoffrey Fieldsend, 49, of Newlyn Way, Paulsgrove, admitted battery on January 3 in Fareham.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activities.

A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim for a year.

He was fined £15 with an £85 victim surcharge.

Fieldsend also admitted criminal damage.

n David Davies, 41, of Beach Road, Southsea, admitted criminal damage on October 23 in Portsmouth.

He damaged a tumble dryer, kitchen fittings and a picture frame.

Magistrates imposed a 23-week prison sentence suspended for two years, with 48 days of rehabilitation activities.

He also admitted battery, criminal damage and harassment.

Davies must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £310 prosecution costs.

n David Reilly, 29, of Watts Road, Portsmouth, admitted having cannabis, a class B drug, on December 21 last year.

He received a 12-month conditional discharge with 
a £20 victim surcharge to pay.

n Janet Brown, 59, of Alecto Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in Beechcroft Road, Gosport, on November 12.

Magistrates banned Brown from driving for 20 months and fined her £250.

She must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n John Smith, 50, of Lower Derby Road, North End, admitted drink-driving on December 13 in Portsmouth.

He was in Kestrel Road and a test revealed he had 252 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than three times the 80mg limit.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 32-day relationships course.

Smith was fined £300 with an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for two years.

He admitted breaching a community order for assault and was re-sentenced.
