n Carol Beamer, 57, of Village Road, Gosport, was found guilty of harassing a man.

She made numerous unwanted phone calls to John Beamer between June 24 last year and August 18 last year.

She was handed a community order by magistrates with up to 30 days of rehabilitation activities.

A restraining order imposed bans her from contacting the man for a year.

She was fined £125 with a £60 victim surcharge and £200 costs to pay.

n Lee Murphy, 32, of Dolman Road, Gosport, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating.

He was given a community order by magistrates for the August 12 offence in Gosport.

He must complete up to 35 days of rehabilitation activities.

Murphy must pay a £35 fine, £60 victim surcharge and £30 prosecution costs.

n Jade Turner, 31, of Ewart Road, Buckland, admitted drink-driving.

She was stopped in Talbot Road, Southsea, on December 28.

A test showed she had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg limit.

Turner was fined £375 and banned from driving for a year.

n Richard Kemmer, 40, of Duncan Road, Southsea, admitted entering a train to travel without a valid ticket.

He was fined £180 for the May 26 offence between Fratton and Hilsea station.

Kemmer must pay £2.70 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

n Leon Ingram, 39, of Stamshaw Road, Stamshaw, admitted stealing six jars of Nescafe worth £29.37 from Aldi.

He was fined £25 for the November 30 offence last year at Aldi in Gamble Road, Portsmouth.

He must pay £29.34 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Ingram also admitted assaulting a man by beating at Aldi on December 7.

Magistrates fined him £25 for the offence.

n David Waters, 38, of Langrish Close, Havant, admitted assaulting a woman by beating.

He committed the offence on October 7 at the 99p Store in Park Parade, Havant.

Magistrates handed him a 12-month conditional discharge.

He must pay £50 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.
