Sara-Jane McCluskey, 32, of Kingston Road, North End, admitted failing to surrender to custody on November 24 last year.

She was fined £25 with a £30 victim surcharge.

Magistrates ordered her to be detained in court but that was deemed served due to time spent in custody.

McCluskey also admitted failing to surrender on January 9 and was fined £25.

Anthony Powell, 35, of King Street, Southsea, admitted theft of leather jackets worth £149.97 from New Look in Portsmouth on November 7.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

Luke Shawyer, 38, of Wadham Road, Hilsea, admitted theft of 53 chocolate bars worth £56.45 from Co-op in Southsea on October 27 last year.

He also admitted theft of chocolate worth £58.20 from Tesco on October 20.

Magistrates jailed him for 28 days.

Anil Thomas, 47, of Layton Road, Gosport, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath on September 17 at Portsmouth Central police station.

He was fined £400 with a £40 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 18 months.

Ian Bidwell, 63, of Frosthole Crescent, Fareham, was found guilty of assaulting a man by beating on July 30 in Titchfield and was fined £200.

He must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £350 prosecution costs.

Bidwell was also convicted of jointly committing criminal damage to a pair of glasses, top and trousers worth £190 on the same day.

He must pay £75 compensation.

Kelvin Bidwell, 31, of Highfield Avenue, Fareham, was found guilty of jointly committing criminal damage to a pair of glasses, top and trousers worth £190 on July 30 in Titchfield.

He must pay £75 compensation.

Bidwell was also found guilty of threatening behaviour causing fear of violence or provoking violence and was fined £200.

Paul Delvin, 40, of Yarborough Road, Southsea, admitted using racially-aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in front of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates ordered him to pay £100 compensation to the victim and a £20 victim surcharge.

Paul Jackson, 23, of Benfield Crescent, Brighton, admitted drug-driving with cocaine at Bestival on the Isle of Wight on September 12 last year.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months.

Jackson must also pay a £20 victim surcharge and £350 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
