Paul Brannigan, 35, of Vale Road, Ash Vale, Aldershot, was found guilty in his absence of dropping litter, a cigarette butt, in Havant on April 15. He was fined £220 with a £30 victim surcharge and £124 costs to pay.

Louise Gleed, 26, of Wimpole Street, Landport, admitted criminal damage to a mobile phone in Portsmouth on September 10.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £20 prosecution costs.

Dean Kimpton, 27, of Bell Road, Wymering, admitted making a phone call from Ibiza on October 3 conveying a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 50 hours of unpaid work.

A restraining order imposed bans him from contacting the victim of going to an address for a year. He must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Ian Turner, 49, of Brockhurst Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving and was fined £550 with an 18-month ban. He was caught in Ann’s Hill Road, Gosport, on October 18 driving a Hyundai Getz.

A test revealed he had 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit. He must pay a £55 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Katie Brough, 21, of Lightfoot Lawn, Eastney, admitted assault by beating against a woman in Portsmouth on August 1.

She was discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Brough must pay £100 compensation for the offence.

John Cairns, 28, of Guildford Road, Fratton, admitted stealing £300 from a man between June 10 and July 7 in Portsmouth.

He was handed a two-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months.

Cairns must pay £280 compensation with a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Callam Connor-Horton, 24, of Parham Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving on September 3 and was fined £450.

He was caught in Gudge Heath Lane, Fareham, and banned for 12 months.

A test showed he had 90 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg legal limit.

He must pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
