n Tak Chan, 50, of London Road, North End, admitted driving without insurance in Northern Parade on March 1.

Magistrates fined him £250 and imposed six points on his licence.

Chan must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n George Staniford, 19, care of Rickyard, Guildford, Surrey, admitted criminal damage to the value of £65 to the rear window of car in Cosham on January 17.

He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £65 compensation and £100 charges and costs.
