n Daniel Braithwaite, 20, of Sandy Beach Estate, Hayling Island, admitted assaulting a man.
Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
He also admitted resisting a constable in the execution of his duty.
Braithwaite pleaded guilty to breaching a conditional discharge for drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender but no action was taken.
n Thomas Bigwood, 22, Forest End, Waterlooville, admitted speeding on the M27 between junctions 9 and 10.
Magistrates imposed three points on his licence, fined him £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and ordered him to pay £85 prosecution costs. He was driving an Audi A3 on November 16.
n Rocco Giardina, 38, of Newcomen Road, Stamshaw, admitted stealing meat worth £39 from Co-op in Southsea on July 29.
Magistrates handed him a 12-month conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
n Benjamin Dowdell, 30, of Ockenden Close, Southsea, admitted stealing steak worth £57 from Marks & Spencer in Commercial Road.
Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge.
He committed the offence on August 12.
n Andrius Eicinas, 25, of no fixed address, admitted theft of Strongbow worth £1.25 at Co-op in Purbrook on September 15.
He was fined £50 with a £30 victim surcharge. Magistrates ordered him to be detained in court but this was deemed served due to time in custody.
n Tak Chan, 50, of London Road, North End, admitted driving without insurance in Northern Parade on March 1.
Magistrates fined him £250 and imposed six points on his licence.
Chan must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
n George Staniford, 19, care of Rickyard, Guildford, Surrey, admitted criminal damage to the value of £65 to the rear window of car in Cosham on January 17.
He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £65 compensation and £100 charges and costs.
