n Charlotte Keaton, 34, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted, an assault by beating.

She was handed a community order for the offence on April 7 comitted in Gosport Road, Fareham.

Keaton also admitted criminal damage to stock at One Stop in Fareham on the same day.

And she admitted failing to surrender to custody to court on May 25.

Keaton must complete 25 days of rehabilitation activities and pay a £60 victim surcharge.

n David Mason, 40, of Selsey Avenue, Gosport, admitted speeding on Gosport Road, Fareham, on September 9 last year.

Magistrates fined him £60 and imposed three points on his driving licence.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £45 prosecution costs.

He also admitted speeding in Alton on September 24 last year and received a £60 fine with three points.

n David Meadows, 39, of Dukes Road, Gosport, admitted two counts of assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty on April 17 in Tukes Avenue, Gosport.

He also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence or provoke violence to a police officer on the same day.

He was handed a community order with six-month alcohol treatment requirement and 20 rehabilitation activity days.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs.

n Kirsty Rutter, 39, of Priory Road, Southwick, admitted failing to promptly notify the Department for Work & Pensions of a change of circumstance that would affect her Carers’ Allowance. She did not declare her income had increased over the allowable limit.

She committed the offence between September 2014 and August 2015.

Rutter was fined £265 with a £26 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

n Mark Soldiew, 22, of HMS Sultan, Military Road, Gosport, admitted being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Gosport, on May 15.

He was fined £165 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

n James Wallis, 30, of Osborne Road, Southsea, admitted three counts of theft and was jailed for six months.

He stole seven gift sets worth £414 from Boots in Portsmouth on April 19, a set of Bang & Olufsen worth £399 in Hedge End on April 21 and food and alcohol worth £574.06 from Marks & Spencer on April 25. He has 30 previous convictions for theft and was on post-sentence supervision.
