n Berkley Pluck, 49, Middlecroft Lane, Gosport, admitted drink-driving and was fined £500 with a 24-month ban.

He was caught in Middlecroft Lane on May 2.

A test revealed he had 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than triple the 35mcg legal limit.

Pluck must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Thomas Roe, 24, of Beauchamp Avenue, Gosport, admitted making off without payment at a petrol station in Broom Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, on July 21 last year.

He admitted the same offence at petrol staton in Fareham on September 16 last year but received no separate penalty.

He must pay £55.34 compensation for the first offence and pay £85 prosecution costs.

Roe also admitted fraud by changing a name on a cheque worth £312.25.

He must pay the same amount in compensation.

n Landa Nzinga, 22, of Wingfield Street, Buckland, admitted driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

He was fined £40 for the offence in Rugby Road, Southsea.

Nzinga must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

He received three points on his licence.

n Steven Staddon, 36, of Middlesex Road, Southsea, was found guilty in his absence of entering a train without a valid ticket.

He was fined £220 for the offence on January 29 in Havant.

Staddon must pay £3.50 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £140 prosecution costs.

n Mark Whitfield, 29, of Orion Close, Fareham, admitted entering a train without a valid ticket on December 14 last year at Hamble.

He was fined £150 with £4.50 compensation to pay.

Whitfield must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £110 prosecution costs.

n Jack Brigham, 29, of Brownlow Close, Buckland, was found guilty of entering a train without a valid ticket on January 29 at Fratton.

He was fined £220 with £3.20 compensation to pay.

He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge and £140 prosecution costs.

n Brandon Fisher, 23, of Sunnyside Walk, Havant, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Portsmouth on May 2.

He was fined £150 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
