n Neil Mihell, 51, of Allaway Avenue, Paulsgrove in Portsmouth, admitted an assault by beating. He was given a six-month restraining order, fined £500 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £200 costs.

n Kane Ross, 31, of Admers Crescent in Liphook, admitted using threatening or abusive behaviour in Havant. He was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and ordered to £300 compensation. He is also banned from The Parchment Makers pub in Havant for 12 months.

n Michael Dearling, 27, of Stakes Road in Purbrook, admitted two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a supervision order. He was jailed for 12 days.

n Andre Duarte, 35, of Victoria Road North, Southsea, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order. He was jailed for 12 days.

n Stacey Rigler, 44, of Renny Road in Portsmouth, admitted dishonestly failing to notify Portsmouth City Council about a change affecting her entitlement to housing benefit. She was fined £130 and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £70 costs.

n Howard Woodcock, 51, of Elm Grove in Southsea, admitted two counts of dishonestly failing to notify Portsmouth City Council about a change affecting his entitlement to housing benefit. He was given a 60-hour unpaid work requirement and must pay £7,086.73 compensation, plus £185 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

n Shaun Doswell, 36, of Malvern Road in Southsea admitted stealing eight electric toothbrushes worth £500 from Wilkinson. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £250 compensation, £40 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

n Stuart Bird, 39, of Mariners Way, Warsash, admitted an assault and damaging glass doors and panels and a mirror, value unknown. He was given a 50-hour unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay £60 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
