He was fined £30 with a £20 victim surcharge for the December 31 offence last year in Havant.

Olivares admitted failing to surrender to custody on January 28 but was given no separate penalty by magistrates.

n Vernon Mountfield, 56, of De Lisle Close, admitted drink-driving.

He was stopped in Bunkers Hill, Denmead, on December 6 last year driving a Peugeot 106.

A test showed he had 133 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly four times the legal limit.

He was given a community order and banned from driving for three years.

He must complete a 14-day drink-impaired driver programme and 25 days of rehabilitation activities.

Mountfield must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He was fined £235 for failing to stop after an accident with damage to another car.

n Robert Christie, 28, of Redwood Drive, Fareham, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Havant train station on January 26.

He was fined £80 with a £20 victim surcharge.

Christie must also pay £50 prosecution costs.

n Matthew Davey, 47, of Eastney Road, Milton, admitted possession of cocaine, a class A drug on September 8 last year in Southsea.

He was fined £120 with a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Courtney Farmer, 27, of Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, admitted two charges of assaulting by beating on September 19 last year at the Lord Palmerston pub.

Magistrates fined him £82.50 for each assault with £50 compensation to each victim.

He must also pay a £20 victim fee and £85 prosecution costs.

Farmer has been banned from the pub for six months.

n Matthew Hamilton, 28, of Shaftesbury Road, Southsea, admitted possession of heroin, a class A drug on October 21 last year in Waverley Road, Southsea.

He was fined £125 with a £20 victim surcharge.

Hamilton must also pay £50 prosecution costs.

n Cristina Lang, 32, of Boxwood Close, Waterlooville, admitted stealing DIY items worth £36.50 from Wilkinson in Waterlooville on November 12 last year.

She was fined £62.50 with £36.50 compensation to pay, along with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Lang admitted stealing a shower unit and parts worth £127 from B&Q in Havant on December 18 last year.

Magistrates fined her £62.50 with £127 compensation to pay.
