n David Horton, 43, of Blossom Drive, Waterlooville, admitted stealing a sat nav on January 11 in Bushy Mead.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £15 victim surcharge with £85 prosecution costs.

n Gerard Molloy, 35, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act.

He did not register at a police station within three days of leaving prison on June 2 last year.

He was fined £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs to pay.

n Michael Brooker, 52, of Totland Road, Wymering, Portsmouth, admitted criminal damage at St Peter and St Paul Church hall in Cosham.

He committed the offence on January 17 and damaged a plant pot and flowers and a sliding bolt lock.

Brooker also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

He was fined £50 for the damage with £50 compensation to pay. He must also pay a £20 victim fee and £40 costs.

Magistrates gave him no separate penalty for the public order offence.

n Daniel Deeks, 29, of Vernon Road, Copnor, admitted drink-driving.

Deeks was stopped in Victoria Road North in Southsea on January 16.

A test showed he had 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mcg legal limit.

He was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £500.

Deeks must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Emily Hodgson, 23, of Carberry Drive, Fareham, admitted failing to stop in Wicor Mill Lane, Portchester, on January 16.

n Victoria Mockler, 28, of Madeira Road, North End, admitted drink-driving.

She was stopped in a silver Mazda MX5 on Stockheath Lane in Havant on January 17. A test showed she had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mcg limit.

Mockler was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £325. She must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Shola Olugbemi, 39, of Samuel Road, Fratton, admitted stealing two bottles of whisky and two half legs of lamb worth £29.56 from Marks and Spencer.

He was fined £45 for offences committed on December 14 last year.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
