n Colin Trevis, 58, of Beach Road, Southsea, admitted drink-driving.

He was stopped in St George’s Road, Portsmouth, on a Yamaha moped on December 23.

A test showed he had 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the legal limit.

Trevis was fined £100 and must pay both a £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

n Lisa Kerr, 53, of Winchfield Crescent, Havant, admitted having a bladed article, a kitchen knife, in a public place.

She had a kitchen knife with a four to five-inch blade in Asda, Purbrook Way, Havant.

Kerr was handed a 12-week sentence suspended for 12 months.

Her possession of the knife was ‘bordering on dangerous’ the court heard.

Kerr must complete a rehabilitation requirement of up to 20 days and 12 months’ supervision.

She must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs for the December 14 offence.

n Paula Estridge, 52, of Estella Road, Portsmouth, admitted stealing two joints of meat worth £18.21 from Asda on November 16.

Estridge was given a 12-month conditional discharge.

She must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

n Mark Webb, 43, of Norden Way, Havant, admitted using a hand-held mobile phone while driving.

He was fined £35 for the July 7 offence in Middle Park Way, Havant.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs and was banned from driving for six months.

n James Almie, 36, of Wallace Road, Portsmouth, was found guilty in his absence of giving a false name and address having failed to pay his train fare.

He was fined £400 with a £40 victim surcharge and £150 costs to pay.

He committed the offence at Portsmouth Harbour station on July 24.

n Alan Searle, 62, of Hazleton Way, Waterlooville, admitted adapting an expired disabled persons blue badge intending to use it to commit or assist the commission of fraud.

He was given an 18-month conditional discharge.

He committed the offence between April 2 in 2011 and September 9 in 2014.

Searle must pay £500 costs.
