Driver to pay £415
A MAN who failed to tell police who was driving a vehicle has been fined £300.
Shaun Mair, 34, of Eastney Road, Eastney, admitted failing to give information to identify a driver on December 11, 2014.
Fareham magistrates ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
The court imposed six points on his driving licence for the offence.
