Drunk to pay £140
A MAN admitted being drunk and disorderly.
Shane Wright, 28, of Battenway, Havant, appeared before Portsmouth magistrates and pleaded guilty to the January 17 offence in Hampshire Terrace, Portsmouth. He was fined £50 with a £20 victim surcharge.
He admitted failing to surrender to custody and was fined £20. He was also fined £50 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence.
