Four arrests after theft from a vehicle in the city
A BOY and three men have been arrested in connection with a theft from a vehicle.
Hampshire police said the four people were being quizzed after a theft in Pembroke Road, Old Portsmouth, in the early hours of yesterday.
A 17-year-old boy, two 18-year-old men and a 19-year-old man, all from Portsmouth, are being questioned by police.
A police spokeswoman urged people to be vigilant against vehicle crime.
