Havant teenager robbed at knifepoint by three men in silver Peugeot

A TEENAGER was left terrified after being held up with a knife by three men who demanded his coat and baseball cap.

The 16-year-old boy from Havant was walking along Petersfield Road yesterday evening before a silver Peugeot car pulled up alongside him outside of the Solent Used Car Centre.

Three men got out with a knife and took his coat and baseball cap, before fleeing towards the town centre.

Police are now investigating the incident and are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.

A police spokesman said: ‘We are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was robbed at knife-point on Petersfield Road in Havant yesterday.

‘The victim – a 16-year-old boy from Havant – was walking along Petersfield Road at around 7.30pm on Saturday, November 14, when a silver Peugeot pulled up alongside him.

‘Three men have then exited the vehicle and approached the victim and robbed him at knife-point demanding his coat and baseball cap just outside of Solent Used Car Centre.

‘The suspects then fled the scene towards Havant town centre.’
