Krzysztof Zelazek, 60, of Balfour Road, Derby, admitted driving a truck on the A27 eastbound at the Eastern Road flyover in Portsmouth while using a phone on May 23 last year.

Oswaldo Rodriguez, 37, of Gladstone Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving in Copnor Road while not wearing a seatbelt, and while using a phone.
He was fined £40 and banned from driving for six months.
He must pay a £30 victim surcharge.
James Dugan, 40, of Bonchurch Road, Milton, admitted driving a Ford Transit without insurance in Eastern Road, Copnor, on September 17 last year.
Magistrates did not ban him from driving as he is a carpenter and needs his van to carry tools for work, and losing this would risk his work and mortgage while being a full-time carer.

Gary Gosnell, 33, of Blackberry Lane, Selsey, admitted speeding at 81mph on the M27 eastbound between junctions 8 and 9 on January 2.
Gosnell was fined £600 with a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.
Magistrates imposed five points on his licence.
Robin Tompkins, 55, of North Close, Gosport, admitted speeding at more than 70mph on the A27 at Portsmouth on November 25 last year.
He was fined £373 with four points on his licence.
Tompkins must pay a £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Hide AdReuben-Hoon Winter, 22, of Langdown Lawn Close, Hythe, was found guilty of speeding at 71mph in the temporary 50mph limit on the M27 at Fareham on November 26 last year.
He was fined £200 with a £32 victim surcharge.
Four points were imposed on his licence.
Joshua Till, 21, of James Close, Gosport, admitted driving in Farm Road and Southampton Road in Fareham on April 24 without insurance or a licence.
Magistrates banned him for 28 days with a £34 victim surcharge to pay.
