n Darren Ince, 49, of no fixed address, admitted intentionally exposing his genitals to someone who would be caused alarm or distress. He must pay £75 compensation.

n Michael Kelsey, 36, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted five thefts, an assault by beating and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge.

He must pay £50 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

n Anthony Gittoes, 50, of Havant Road, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving. He was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £180. A test showed he had 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Harry Joyce, 24, of Barry Road, Bitterne, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug in Portsmouth. He was fined £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Robin Chandler, 32, of Thrush Walk, Waterlooville, admitted possessing amphetamine, a class B drug. He was fined £45 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Magistrates ordered the drug to be destroyed.

n Rebekah Frost, 34, of Albany Road, Southsea, admitted theft. She was given a 12-week prison term suspended for 24 months as she was on a conditional discharge for a similar offence and has a record of offending.

She must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Frost admitted breaching a conditional discharge she was given for theft and was given four weeks in prison suspended for 24 months, to run consecutively.

n Clive Good, 58, of Copse Lane, Hayling Island, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath. He was given a community order with 100 hours unpaid work to complete. He was given a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for 20 months.

Good also admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress and was given an £80 fine.

n Laura Heggie, 28, of Temple Street, admitted a theft. She was fined £60, with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 victim surcharge.
