n Andrew Baker, 47, of Adames Road, Kingston, was found guilty in his absence of entering a train to travel without a valid ticket.

He was fined £220 after getting on the train at Hilsea station in Portsmouth on November 30 last year.

Baker must pay £2.70 compensation and a £22 victim surcharge.

He must pay £140 prosecution costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
