Lead thief stole from developer
A MAN stole £4,500 worth of items from a property developer.
Charlie Faulkner, 19, of Bunting Gardens, Waterlooville, admitting stealing lead and other items worth £4,578 from David Wilson Homes at Clanfield.
He took the items on August 21 last year and was sentenced in court last week.
Faulkner was ordered to complete 160 hours of unpaid work.
He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
