Man fined £120 for assault in town centre
MAGISTRATES have fined a man £120 for an assault.
Michael Leach admitted assault by beating against a man at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
The 21-year-old, of Homer Close, Rowner, committed the offence on August 8 in Fareham.
Leach must also pay a £30 victim surcharge.
He admitted failing to surrender to bail but no separate penalty was imposed.
