Trinity Robin, 45, was reported missing after last being seen at The Shoe Inn pub in Exton, a village north of Droxford, on Monday May 18 at around 11pm.
The police have now confirmed she was located in Petersfield last night.
A message posted to social media from Denmead Drone Search & Rescue, a group involved in the search, said: ‘We, her family and friends would like to thank everyone for the help you have provided over the weeks by sharing our posts and helping on searches.
‘This really is an amazing result.
‘Trinity was found at about 3.30am this morning suffering from dehydration and hunger.
‘She is now in hospital receiving the help she needs.
‘We wish Trinity a speedy recovery.’
