The man, thought to be around 40, was spotted by the teenagers at Bishop’s Waltham Palace, a Grade II listed ruin, on Wednesday afternoon.

Hampshire police said the girls saw him wearing a plain black T-shirt and short and carrying a black rucksack before he stripped off at 1.30pm.
