PC headbutted by 29-year-old

A WOMAN who headbutted a police officer has been handed suspended sentence.

Mickala Sprake, 29, of Auckland Road East, Southsea, admitted assault on a PC on July 31 in Havant.

She also admitted breaching a restraining order on the same day in Woodhay Walk.

Sitting at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court, district judge Anne Arnold handed Sprake eight weeks for the assault and four weeks for the breach.

Both are consecutive, totalling, 12 weeks, and suspended for a year.

Sprake must pay £50 compensation.

She pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced on November 16.

The compensation must be paid to the officer by the end of the month.
