Pensioner steals Lego from supermarket
A PENSIONER who pinched Lego from a supermarket has been given a community order.
Fareham Magistrates’ Court heard that Lynda Fitzmaurice took the Lego toy from Sainsbury’s in Broadcut, Fareham, on September 15.
The court heard the 66-year-old, of Eastwood Close, Hayling Island, has a history of shoplifting.
She admitted the theft and was given a 12-month community order, with 35 days rehabilitation. She must also pay a total of £325 in court costs and victim surcharge.
