Magistrates fined him £125.

Maxine Anthony, 29, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with post-sentence supervision, and shoplifting £35.75 of items from Morrisons in Walpole Road, Gosport, on February 23.

She also admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Magistrates jailed her for 28 days.

Charlie Young, 28, of The Limes, Gosport, was jailed for four months for a shoplifting spree.

She admitted eight charges of theft between February 7 and 16.

She admitted breaching a previous suspended sentence for theft.

Thomas Norris, 22, of Orchard Grove, Waterlooville, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood on October 20.

Magistrates fined him £500 with a £50 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

David Prestidge, 38, of Otterbourne Court, Halesowen, West Midlands, was found guilty of drink-driving in Portsmouth Road, Horndean, on May 28.

Magistrates fined him £140 with a £30 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for 36 months.

Joshua Radcliffe, 19, of Thorney Avenue, Fareham, admitted admitting failing to comply with a community order for ketamine and cannabis drug-driving, and having cannabis, a class B drug.

He was fined £20 but was detained in court instead.

He was fined £10 for the cannabis.

Christopher Spyeby, 42, of Thrush Walk, Waterlooville, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to provoke the fear of violence on September 22 at Tesco in Lovedean Lane.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with six-month ban from going to the supermarket branch.

He must pay £50 compensation and complete 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

Mark Towner, 47, of no fixed address, admitted stealing clothing and alcohol worth £138 from Tesco.

Magistrates imposed a nine-month conditional discharge.

He must pay £5 compensation.

No victim surcharge was imposed.

Ben Osborne, 28, of Clarendon Road, Southsea, admitted stealing gift sets from Boots in Weybridge Surrey, on September 22.

He must pay £150 compensation.
