“Severe delays” are being reported on the A27 between Emsworth and Portsmouth this morning.

AA Road Traffic News said: “Severe delays of 22 minutes on A259 Havant Road Westbound between Old Park Lane and A27 (Emsworth Junction). Average speed 10 mph.”
Delays are also been reported eastbound.
Further along the A27 near Portchester, more delays have been reported. “Delays of two minutes and delays easing on Delme Roundabout Eastbound between A27 Eastern Way and A27 Cams Hill. Average speed 10 mph,” the AA said.
