Suspected cocaine and heroin dealer, 19, charged in Portsmouth

A TEENAGER has been charged for possession and intent to deal class-A drugs.Â

The 19-year-old man, from London, was caught with crack cocaine and heroin in Old Commercial Road, Portsmouth, police have confirmed.

He was charged for having the drugs and intending to supply them. 

He will appear before magistrates in Portsmouth tomorrow morning.Â
