Tyres are slashed in vandalism attack on Hayling Island

TYRES were damaged in a vandalism attack.

Police on Hayling Island have reported that two cars in Blackthorn Drive, Hayling Island, were targeted last week.

PC Simon Smith said: ‘Two vehicles were damaged in Blackthorn Drive. A BMW and a Mini had all four tyres damaged, possibly with a knife, causing them to deflate.’

Hayling police are also investigating a burglary at Sinah Warren holiday park. A staff member left his chalet unlocked and when he returned he found that £340 had been stolen.
