A MAN with Alzheimer's has been declared safe after going missing in Portsmouth.

Police launched an appeal to find Phillip Peart, 74, after he disappeared from his All Saints Road home at 3.15am yesterday.

But officers have confirmed Mr Peart has now been located.

Hampshire Constabulary thanked all those who had shared their successful appeal.
