Victim in '˜truly frightening case' praised by charity
Child cruelty charity the NSPCC said the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, stopped him from carrying out his true aim.
The spokeswoman said: ‘It is every parent’s nightmare that their child could be taken by someone who intends to harm them so this is a truly frightening case.
