Organiser Pippa-Jo Marsden said: ‘There was a more dynamic offering this year which we were really excited about.

‘I would like to expand in the future on how keeping a hobby, for example, can help someone to keep well while also having more about healthy eating and activities for children.’

This is the third time the festival has been held and it made a triumphant return following a break last year.

It also offered the public the chance to try relaxation methods and massages.
