Neil Williams, chief executive of the firm '“ which was founded by four Commandos '“ said: '˜It is an honour to receive the ERS silver award. I was proud to serve my country and I wanted to help other people leaving the military to find a pathway to Civvy Street.

People who have spent time in the forces have an incredible work ethic, resilience and a security-driven mindset that makes many very well suited to a career in cyber security. We're proud to support them to realise their potential.'
