Iraqis trained to tackle Isil
THE British Army have helped train about 5,000 Iraqi Army soldiers in counter-insurgency skills in just over a year.
The figure was unveiled by Portsmouth North and armed forces minister, Penny Mordaunt.
The training is part of Operation Shader to defeat Isil extremists in Iraq.
