Love is in the air - and on the square
MORE than hundred messages of love have been written on Portsmouth's Guildhall Square.
People have been chalking their love messages today at an event organised by Portsmouth City Council for Valentine’s Day.
Stephanie Galrza, a student at University of Portsmouth, said it was a nice idea.
‘It is a lovely way for friends and family to express their love,’ the 24-year-old said.
The last time the council did this was in 2009.
