Fire breaks out at former military site in Fareham
FIRE crews attended a blaze at a former fort in Fareham.
Fareham, Southsea and Portchester fire crews were mobilised to the blaze at Fort Wallington, which is now used as an industrial unit.
The fire, which broke out just before 1.30pm, saw solvents and polystyrene pellets becoming inflamed.
Four breathing apparatus and two hosereels and one jet were used.
